How to Install A Tarball

I Want to tell you Step by Step to Install The "TARBALL" files, Easy & Simple.

First,The Tarball Files is Like This "squid_2.7.stable5.tar.gz" (Example).

And then,Extract it by type this on your terminal :

tar -xvzf squid_2.7.stable5.tar.gz

After that,You must go into the "squid_2.7.stable5.tar.gz" directory.

cd squid_2.7.stable5.tar.gz

You Must Configure It First Before Install it.

./configure

The Last Step is Install It,Do it By Type this :

make && make install

Remember to Do the Configure & Install Step in The Directory.
